Willstone is a brand of AuraVenture LLC, a California limited liability company ("I", "me"). This page explains what information I handle through willstone.net and my business email, and what you can ask me to do with it.

This website

willstone.net sets no cookies and runs no ads, tracking pixels or session recording. It is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver and secure the site. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views; it doesn't use cookies or fingerprinting and doesn't identify individual visitors.

Business contact information

I contact estate planning law firms by email about my services. To do that, I use business contact details that firms publish themselves, such as the firm's name, city, practice areas, website and the work email addresses listed on its website or Google listing. I don't buy consumer data, and I never use State Bar profile addresses.

I use this information only to contact the firm about Willstone and to keep a record of replies and opt-outs. I don't sell or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Sample homepages

Some firms receive a link to a private sample homepage I made for them. These pages use only public facts (the firm's name, city and practice areas), carry a notice that they are concept mockups not affiliated with the firm, and are marked so search engines don't index them. I delete each one within 60 days, or sooner on request.

If you email me or become a client

I keep the emails you send me so I can reply and keep records. If your firm becomes a client, the data in your accounts (ad accounts, Google profile, call recordings, transcripts and CRM records) belongs to your firm, is used only to deliver services to your firm, and is handled under our written agreement.

Service providers

I use a small number of providers to run the business: Google Workspace for email, an email-sending platform for outreach, and Cloudflare for this website. They process information on my behalf.

Opting out and your rights

To stop emails from me, reply "no" to any email or write to andre@willstone.net. I add your address to a do-not-contact list across all of my sending accounts, usually the same business day.

You can also ask what information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing andre@willstone.net. If you're a California resident, you have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies, and I won't treat you differently for using them. I do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law.
