For estate planning, trust, probate and elder-law firms
Google Ads and an AI receptionist that books consults, for estate planning firms.
I'm Andre Tolu, founder of Willstone. I run your ads myself, you can reach me directly, and it's one flat monthly fee.
I'm taking on firms in California (outside San Diego County), Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Washington, Oregon and Utah.
What you get
Google Ads, run by me
Search ads and Local Services Ads for trust, will and probate searches in your area, in your firm's own account. I make every change myself.
Your Google profile, overhauled
Services, categories, hours and photos for each real, staffed office. Review replies never confirm that anyone was a client.
An AI receptionist
It answers missed and after-hours calls. Its first sentence says it's an AI and that the call is recorded. It takes the caller's details, books the consult on your calendar and flags urgent calls under your rules. It never gives legal advice. It only answers calls and never places them.
Texts, only with consent
Callers who say yes get one text confirming their consult. Texting starts once the phone carriers approve your firm's registration.
A report every Monday
Calls, consults booked, ad spend, cost per booked consult and what I changed. Totals only, with no caller names or matter details. Check-ins every two weeks for the first 90 days, then monthly.
One flat fee, and you own it all
Never per lead, consult or client, and never a share of legal fees. Your ad account, Google profile, main phone number, pages and data stay in your firm's name.
How the first 14 days go
Kickoff, 45 minutes
I walk you through the onboarding checklist and start your Local Services application and texting registration. Access comes by invite. I never ask for passwords.
Days 1 to 4: I build, paused
I audit your ads and Google profile, build your Search campaigns and leave them paused, write the ads and build the receptionist.
Day 5: your approval
Your attorney gets one packet: the ads, the profile changes, the receptionist script and the text templates. You have up to 3 business days.
Days 6 to 10: testing and sign-off
I run 25 scripted test calls, your attorney makes a 15-minute test call, and the receptionist books a test consult on your real calendar. Then your attorney approves the launch in writing.
Day 11: the receptionist answers
Your office manager and I switch on forwarding for missed and after-hours calls.
Day 12: live
Search ads start, and I email you "You're live" with the dates. Local Services Ads follow once Google's Local Services screening is done.
Days are calendar days. Day 1 is the day after I confirm your onboarding checklist is complete. "Live" means Search ads running, the receptionist answering and your Google profile updated. If I miss the deadline, your second month is free, as a one-time credit that doesn't cover setup or ad spend. Days waiting on your side don't count toward the 14 days, and neither do Google verification, Google's Local Services screening (license verification and anything else Google requires) or carrier text approval. If an item waits on your side for more than 10 business days, the 14-day promise ends, and the work keeps going. Full terms are in the agreement.
Price
Estate planning is a new focus for me, so the first 3 firms that sign by January 29, 2027 get founding terms.
| Standard | Founding (first 3 firms) | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly, flat | $3,500 | $2,900 |
| One-time setup | $2,500 | $0 |
| First term (3 billed months) | $13,000, including setup | $8,700 |
- Billing starts when you're live or 30 days after kickoff, whichever comes first.
- The first term is three billed months. After that, it's month to month on 30 days' notice.
- Ad spend is separate. It goes from your card straight to Google, with no markup, and never passes through me.
- The phone line, AI minutes and texting are billed to you directly by the provider.
Built around lawyer-advertising rules
- A firm attorney approves every ad, page and script in writing before it runs, because your firm stays responsible for its advertising. I keep a dated log of every approval.
- Ads carry your firm's name. Every page the ads send people to names the responsible attorney and office.
- Flat fee only. I don't refer clients, I take no part of your fees, and I never send your callers to another firm.
- The receptionist never gives legal advice, never quotes fees you haven't approved, and never says whether anyone is a client.
- If a caller doesn't want to be recorded, the receptionist ends the call so nothing more is recorded, and your office follows up during business hours.
- I never bid on another lawyer's or firm's name without your written approval.
AuraVenture LLC (Willstone) is a marketing company, not a law firm, and gives no legal advice. Your ethics counsel has the final word.
Who does the work
I do. I build your campaigns, make every change in your Google Ads and Local Services accounts, and answer your email myself, within one business day. Many agencies hand accounts to junior or outsourced staff. With me, the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
If I can't personally run your account for more than 10 business days, you can leave right away, with no notice period.
Andre Tolu, founder. Willstone is a brand of AuraVenture LLC, San Diego.

The Monday report
What lands in your inbox each Monday, with made-up numbers for a fictional firm.
A receptionist call
One call from start to finish, with notes on why the AI says what it says.
Questions and answers
Bar rules, call recording, caller data, ownership and cancellation.
Next step: a 20-minute call
On the call, I learn how new clients find your firm, look at your Google profile and what clicks cost in your city, and tell you straight whether it fits. If it does, I send you a one-page plan for your firm.
Want to hear the receptionist first? Reply "demo" and I'll set up a private demo line built for your firm. It says up front that it's a demo, not your real line. Only you get the number, and I shut it off after a week.
Or just reply to my email.
